mesothelioma-fund.png Unfortunately, for firefighters, asbestos fibers can become airborne when buildings or homes that were built with asbestos containing materials are put under extreme heat. This occurred most notably during the 9/11 attacks on the twin towers, causing the brave first responders to be exposed. Firefighters also risk exposure to asbestos when entering older homes and buildings. Our goal is to partner with fire stations and organizations to spread awareness about the dangers of asbestos exposure. For more information click on the link.
